A fantastic antique book. Titled 'The Flower Grower's Guide', by John Wright F.R.S.H. Dating from the late Victorian period around 1897. Originally it would have been published as three volumes, this is just the third volume. It has a wonderful red embossed cover with gilt gold lettering. There are 15 colour illustrated plates which are exqusite. The pages have gilt edging. A lovely period copy of a stunning book. Perfect as a gift or to read and enjoy.
Condition
Tired cover. Bumped corners and spine. Foxing to some pages. Staining to back cover. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
