Here for sale is a fantastic antique encyclopedia of gardening book. Written by John Claudius. A lovely illustrated copy of the encyclopedia of gardening from one of the most distinguished gardening authors of the age. Numerous illustrations throughout depicting garden plans, plants and machinery with tables of expenses for maintaining gardens at certain estates, such as Aubrey Hall. John Claudius Loudon was a Scottish botanist and garden designer known for establishing the design theory Gardenesque with which attention was given to each individual plant and its placement.

This stunning book is very much as found and is distressed. Perfect for interior staging and to add soul and character to any interior.

A display book which is very much as found. Spine is damaged and boards are not attached. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
