A fantastic set of three antique bound books. Titled 'The History of the Popes of Rome', by Leopold Ranke. Published in 1840. Translated from the original German verson. They are half leather bound with gold embossed spines. They have be used and loved which adds to their charm. Perfect for any home library or to simply read and enjoy.
Condition
One volume has some loose pages. Bumped corners and spine. Foxing to some pages. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
