Here for sale is a fantastic antique plate warmer. Made by James Yates and from pewter. James Yates was based in Birmingham between 1837 to 1891. He solely produced pieces under his own name between 1860 to 1882. The ceramic plate has a wonderful printed house in woodland. The blue and white ceramic pate has a wonderful timeworn patina. Perfect as a stand for a plant or to display in any modern home to add soul and character to a space.

Condition

The screw top cap to the hot water insert is missing. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
