A fantastic antique coffee grinder. Made from cast iron with brass cover. Cast to the base is the makers name, Peugeot Freres. Produced by the sons of Jean Pierre Peugeot, these high qaulity grinders established the brand's reputation for engineering, long before the transition to bicycles and motor cars. It has a fabulous iconic shape and dates from the end of the 19th Century. A fabulous period piece, perfect to incorporate into a modern interior to add soul and character to a space.
Condition
Missing drawer and wooden handle. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
