A fantastic set of three antique bound books. Bound in half leather bound books on the subject of Biography and conducted by Charles Knight. Published in London and dated 1886. Lovely gilt embossed spine with red banding. Page edges are marbled. These are part of a larger set of books. A fabulous decorative set perfect to stage on a self or on a coffee table. Adding soul and character to a modern space.
Condition
Sun damage and fading to cover boards. Bumped corners and spine. Foxing to pages. Pages and binding tight. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
