A fantastic antique book. Titled 'The Welcome, a magazine for the home circle'. It is half leather bound with lovely marbled cover. It contains many black and white engraved illustrations by artist Sir John Gilbert. A great copy of a Victorian monthly chronicle perfect for interior staging or to read and enjoy.
Condition
Foxing to pages and bumped corners and spine. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
