A fantastic antique shop till by the National Cash Register (NCR) Company. NCR was founded in 1884 in Dayton, Ohio. This till is a rare example around 1890 to 1910 and is model 422X. It has its original keys with £, shillings and pence (d). With the most exquiste fretwork scrollwork cast brass detail to the side. To the back is a rather lovely cast leaf design. This is a manual hand cranked model. It comes with some loose change and paper money bags. It is sold for display purposes only. A fabulous period piece, perfect as a prop to stage in a business or home interior to add a burst of personality to a space. 
Condition
For display only. Wooden part of handle missing. Cracked glass keys. Glass to top has been replaced. Missing part to fron tof drawers. Keys are not working and seem to be jammed, but till does open. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
