A fantastic antique pair of original oil on canvas paintings. Signed and dated by the artist Heinrich Eduard Heyn in 1908. Heyn was born in Germany in 1856 and died in 1932. In there original stunning gold frames. The paintings are two moody landscapes, one a tree lined avenue, the other a house by a lake. Both are framed as a matching pair and have a stunning detail and atmosphere. There are areas of cracking to the paint which really adds to there character. A wonderful pair of period paints by a known artist. Perfect to add soul and character to any modern interior.
