A fantastic antique dish. Made from silver plate and fully hallmarked by the maker. Robert pringle started the business in 1835, in London. The site was known as 'Wilderness Works'. They were silversmiths and produced all different collections from tableware to jewellery. This footed bowl or tazza dish would have been used as a centre piece for fruit in a large country house and dates from the Victorian Period. The fluted pumpkin design is really exquisite. There is wear to the surface which adds to its charm. A lovely period piece, perfect to enjoy and use.
Condition
Tarnishing to surface. We have only given it a light clean. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
Dimensions
26.5 cm diameter, 7.5 cm height
