A rare shop stand or rack. Made from chrome and consisting of five arms, each with a display rack. Each arm is adjustable in lenght and orientation. And can be tilted up or down. The weighted base is very much in the Art Deco style and dates from the first part of the 20th Century. It would have been used on a outfitters shop counter or window to display shirts. It would also make a rather wonderful music or art stand. A fabulous unique piece, perfect to incoporate into a modern interior to add soul and character to a space.
Condition
Some areas of missing chrome, where base metal is showing through. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
