A fantastic antique clock. Made in England from oak and dates from the middle part of the 20th Century. It has a stepped design to each corner which was typical of the Art Deco period. The face has a wonderful timeworn patina and with black roman numerals. We have removed the broken mechanism and replace it with a quartz battery mechanism. Ready for a new life. These types of clocks were used in schools and railway stations. A wonderful addition to any modern interior.
Condition
Area of missing wood to one of the stepped details. Wear to face. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
