A fantastic antique tray. Made from copper with the repousse initials IHS hammered to the centre. This was used in a Christian church or chapel for donations and collections. Dating from the Arts and crafts period, around 1900, and probably hand made with Cornish copper. We have only given it a light clean as it has a wonderful timeworn patina. A stunning period piece, perfect for any collector or to use and enjoy.
Condition
The rim is mishappen, which is part of its charm. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
