A fantastic vintage console table. Dating from the first part of the 20th Century. With marble top and carved tapered reeded legs. To the front is a stunning circular plaque with two adorable putti or cherubs. Together with muted gilt ormolu mounted plaques to the top of each leg. Along the front are painted porcelain plaques of flowers that could be limoges and are surrounded by gilt bonze mounts. To the base is a elegant gilt bronze urn, which is mounted to the centre of the cross stretchers.  A fabulous statement piece, perfect to incorporate into a modern interior to add soul and character to a space.
Condition
There is a historical crack aross the marble which has been repaired. The crack follows the natural vein of the marble. Top comes off for transport. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
