A fantastic antique shop rail. Made from tubular steel and dates from the first part of the 20th Century. There is a heavy gauge steel mesh to the top and ball finial. The top part rotates and is adjustable in height. A peg is used to raise and lower the rail very much like a parasol. The metal has a wonderful timeworn patina which gives the piece a great look for any retail shop. It would also make a great addition to a dressing room where extra hanging space is required. Adding soul and character to any modern interior. 
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
