A fantastic antique box. With the most exquisite inlaid marquetry scene of two birds to the top. They have a wonderful charm and are made from different fruit woods. The bocx is made from rosewood and has a small brass catch to the front. There is a simple boxwood banding around the top. Used as a jewellery box but can be used for pens, brushes or what every you wish.  A stunning handmade piece, perfect as a gift or to use and enjoy. 
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
