A fantastic antique pair of warmers. With makers marks for Henry Loveridge & Co of Wolverhampton, England. Henry Loveride and William Shoolbred were partners from the mid 1850s. This pair of food warmers date from the late Victorian period. The top is made from a stunning hand repousse copper design, with brass handles and feet.

They were originally designed as a double food warming plate. We do still have three the burners and stands if you wish, they are untested. The hot plates to the top can be removed for cleaning. The copper has a wonderful timeworn patina and lovely warm hue and tone. A fabulous period pair, we think they would make exqusite plant or display stand. Adding soul and character to any modern space.

Condition

One stand has its original bun feet missing. Tarnishing to underside of top due to burners. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.

Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
