A fantastic antique condiment set. Made from silver plate, and stamped by the maker, J.B Chatterley & Sons. The business was founded in the 1850s by John Bishop Chatterley. Based in Birminham, they specialised in japanned and glass items and changed to electroplated items just before the turn of the century. This piece dates from the first part of the 20th Century. It consists of a carry caddy with ornate twisted handle and two silver plate cups, one with a handle. A lovely period piece, perfect for any entertaining table or to add soul and charater to any modern interior.
Condition
Some tarnishing in places. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
