An super antique military metal hat box. Dating from the late 19th to early 20th Century. It was used by servicemen to store and carry their helmet. There looks to be the remains of the original owners name to the front. With brass catch and lock and carry handle handle to top.  A well travelled piece which shows lots of signs of its adventures and history. One of the travel labels is for P&O, the other Oriential Steam Nautical. A fabulous period piece, perfect to incorporate into a modern home, to add soul and character to a space.
Condition
As found condition. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
