A fantastic antique specimen cabinet. Dating from the late 19th or early 20th Century and made from stained pine. This lovely bank of drawers has several which are covered in glass. This cabinet would have been used by a museum or collector to mount moths, butterflies or insects for display. The glass is intact so could be used for specimen display or these can be removed for general storage. A fabulous specimen display cabinet perfect for any collector or crafter to use and enjoy.

Condition

The back has been replaced at some point in its history. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
