A fantastic set of eight antique tiles. These have been salvaged from a fireplace and are the narrow metro style. They are Majolica with moulded relief and with tin plate glaze. We love the gorgous green shade and almost turtle shell brown design. A fabulous period piece, prefect to incorporate into a modern home to add soul and character to a space.  
Condition
This is a salvage piece that shows signs of its past life as part of a fireplace. It has crazing to surface and signs of smoke and cement to back. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
