A fantastic antique wall cabinet. This unusual cupboard is wall mounted and was made to hold a piece of high value art. Made from oak with shaker style doors which are fully removable. There are three separate keys to the front and each side which makes the cabinet fully secure and perfect for a high value piece of art or manuscript. There is a plaque to the bottom for the previous piece which was mounted in the cabinet. With original brass locks  and catches to doors. It could be used for precious documents, maps or paintings which need to be stored out of the daylight and locked for insurance. We are unsure of age as the back is made from oak plywood. An interesting piece, perfect for any art collector, gallery owner or for old manuscripts. It could also be used as a quirky television cabinet, adding soul and charater to any modern interior.
Condition
There are three fully working keys. The interior back shows signs of wear. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
