A fantastic antique apothecary jar. Made from ceramic and with paper label to the from for 'EXT. CASC. SAG. L.' and P. D. & Co. Parke Davis were a pharmaceutical manufacturer in the late 19th Century through to the end of the 20th Century. This example dates from the turn of century. It has the most wonderful vibrant blue colour. And comes complete with its lid which as a historic label to the inside. They make great storage jars in bathrooms and kitchens. Perfect to add soul and character to any modern space. 
Condition
Missing pottery to inside rim. Wear and foxing to label. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
