Here for sale is a fantastic antique octagonal table by James Shoolbred and Co. James (JAS) Shoolbred started as a drapers in 1820 and by the end of the 19th Century was one of the leading furniture makers and retailers in London. They covered a range of styles, creating catalogues of how to incorporate these styles in to your home with design led concepts.
This stunning walnut table is stamped 1874, but this may not be the year as it appears later with Aesthetic period influence dating probably from the end of the 19th Century. It has lovely fluted columns. Stamped to the top and the base.
