A fantastic antique exceptionally fine library chair. Made from Walnut and Mahogany with cane chair. Dating from the early to mid 19th Century. With cabriole legs, pierced splats and cane seat. There is a rather wonderful carved shamrock detail. Exquisite colour to the walnut with a warm hue and tone. A fabulous statement occasional chair. A rare period chair, perfect to add soul and character to any modern interior.

Condition

The cane seat is sound, but is old so should be treated with care. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.

Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
