A fantastic antique watercolour. Signed J Whiteley which is a known pseudonym of RD Sherrin. Reginald Daniel Sherrin (1891-1971), who mainly painted in watercolour and gouache. His father Daniel Sherrin was also a artist and was born in Seasalter near Whitstable, Kent. RD Sherrin is well known as a painter of west country landscapes. 
A stunning seascape with a lovely calm atmosphere of a west country coastline. Perfect to incorporate into any modern interior to add soul and character to a space.
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
