A fantastic antique shop counter. A salvaged piece made from mahogany. It is double side with a bank of drawers and cupboards to one side and glass doors to the other. The glass doors reveal shelves which are on three sides of the cabinet. To the back is lined with mirrors. The liding doors to the bottom cupboard reveal half pigeon hole and half storage shelf. Original labels to the pigeon holes indicate that it was used in a stationery shop as they display makers names for pens.
The cabinet has a wonderful timeworn patina and a cork top has been added at some point in its history. A fabulous unique piece, we think it would make a stunning kitchen island!. Perfect to add soul and character to any modern space.
Condition
One of the brass locks to the drawers is missing. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
