A fantastic antique Victorian reading table. Dating from the middle part of the 19th Century this wonderful table is incredibly versatile. It is beautifully constructed from oak and brass. The table top has two adjustable reading slopes that fold flat when not in use. The whole top slides across for use over a chair or bed. The table height can be adjusted by releasing a catch in the base. The base itself is beautifully made with an octagonal column on Cope and Collinson stamped castors. A truly beautiful piece that could be incorporated in many ways in to a modern interior.
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
