A fantastic antique pair of tiles. Made in England and unmarked, although we believe they are made by Lea & Boulton. Dating from the Victorian period, these tiles have been salvaged from the side of a fireplace. The are printed and tinted. With scrolled edge and flower and leaves to the centre. A fabulous period set, perfect to incorporate into a modern home to add soul and character to a space.  
Condition
This is a salvage piece that shows signs of its past life as part of a fireplace. It has crazing to surface and signs of smoke and cement to back. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
