A fantastic antique pair of hand bells. Made from cast brass with leather tied handles. Dating from the Victorian period, with the leather handles much later. They have a 's' shaped metal dong inside which looks to be a later addition. The brass has only been given a light clean and have a wonderful timeworn patina. Marked to the top is '10' and '12', which we assume is the size. A fabulous pair of period brass bells, perfect to use and enjoy.
Condition
Tarnishing to brass. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
