A fantastic antique oak display cabinet. With heavily carved ornate acanthus leaf and scroll decoration to top and panelled sides. There is also exquisite poker work decoration to the top. Dating from the late 19th Century in the neo renaissance style. Two glazed doors opening to reveal an interior with two adjustable shelves. The oak has a wonderful rich dark tone and hue. There is a key but it doesn't turn but acts as a handle. A fabulous period piece, perfect to incorporate into a modern interior to add soul and character to a space.
Condition
Key does not turn lock. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
