A fantastic antique picnic basket. Designed as a travelling car basket. Made from wicker with leather strap to the top. Carry handles either side which have an historical repair. A metal bar is removed from the fittings to the front to reveal the drop down front. Lined with vinyl with leather cutlery holder to the inside lid. Lovely serving area is created from the drop down front. A fabulous period piece, perfect for any classic car owner or to use and enjoy.
Condition
Historic repair to handle and to either corner of drop down front. Some staining to interior. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
