Here for sale is a rare and interesting clock made by the National Time Recorder Ltd and supplied under the banner "Synchronous Electric" by Frank Hayhurst and Co of Bridge St, Manchester.
National normally provide clocking in machines, but this clock has a mechanism which allows timers to be set for bells. The lower dial allows the times to be set and the switches determine which bells will be on. There is a sheet of paper on the side with the times that the bells were set to.
This stunning time recorder is a perfect addition to add soul to any home interior.
The clock is in good working condition. The bell timer control has not been tested. The lock is missing and the front is attached with a bracket to stop it opening. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
