Here for sale is a fantastic set of four leather bound ledgers used in the 1940's to record scientific results. They were used in the British Xylonite research which was where Margaret Thatcher worked as a research chemist in the same period (end of the 1940's). The ledgers start during the second world war up to the late 1940's. Makers of the ledgers can be found in the inside cover. They are full of research notes, but more likely now to find use as a beautiful set to adorn a shelf or for use a period prop!
Scuffing to corners and general wear. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
