A fantastic antique set of framed book plates. The set of pheasant bird prints are hand tinted and marked by the maker, Wyman & Sons. Charles Willam Henry Wyman (1804-1878) took control of Cox and Sons printers in 1840. This set of wonderful birds date from the late Victorian period and have still have a vibrant colour. They have been framed in a simple frame and cream mount. A fabulous period set of prints, perfect for any collector or to add soul and character to any modern interior.

Some foxing to paper. One frame is slightly darker. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.

Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.

26 cm width, 2 cm depth, 31 cm height
