A fantastic antique bank of drawers. Orginally from a museum, but most recently used in a grammar school for storing their Geological samples. We have sourced this rare piece directly from the school. Made from stained pine with original brass campaign style handles to enable the doors to be closed. With graduated drawers, this stunning cabinet may have been used as a plan chest. Perfect for the storage of plans, specimens or collections. A rare period piece and fantastic for a shop or home interior to add a soul and character to a space.

Condition

Some damage to the cabinet to the side with area missing. Split to wood on top and sides due to age. Signs of sprayed white paint to top. The lock is not original and does not lock, no key. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.

Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.

Dimensions

95 cm width, 67 cm depth, 107 cm height

Internal drawers depth from 4cm to 11.5 cm at bottom
