An original, vintage large format pull down medical wall chart titled "The Nervous System". This iconic educational piece features the globally celebrated artwork of medical illustrator Peter Bachin, published by the Anatomical Chart Co. (Chicago, Illinois) in 1983, and officially distributed in the UK by the premium medical supplier Adam, Rouilly.
This large, vertical chart carries the original "Adam, Rouilly" distributor label on the lower left and the official 1983 Chicago copyright on the right. It provides a highly detailed full body overview of the human nervous system, tracing main pathways alongside specialized insets showing the brain and spinal cord structures. Bachin’s iconic illustration style, clear typography, and retro aesthetic make this a highly desirable, ready to hang piece of industrial science decor.
A fabulous colour lithograph printed on heavy paper stock, linen/canvas-backed for structural stability. Perfect for vintage medical collectors, mid century modern home interiors, lofts, or therapy/clinical practice rooms.
