A lovely vintage rail. Made from heavy brass and stamped with the makers name for H. Keeling Ltd. It can be used a a wall mounted towel rail or used high up as a luggage rack. We have something similar in our guest bedroom mounted high and with coat hangers for guests. The brass has a wonderful muted hue and tone, with a timeworn patina. A fabulous useful piece to incoporate into a modern interior to add a burst of soul and character to your space. 
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
