A vintage hand designed studio pottery lidded pot. Stamped by the maker, Jim Galligan, Ireland. Born in 1942, Galligan established his work shop in 1970. This hand made piece dates from the late 1970s. It has a stunning hand painted dragonfly to the front and back. With lots of texture due to its speckled glaze appearance and wonderful muted earthy colour. This fabulous hand thrown pottery pot and lid has the most wonderful rustic cottage design. A lovely piece, perfect as a gift or to add soul and character to any modern interior.    
Condition
Please hand wash. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
