Vintage Props, Unusual & Decorative Antiques

Here for sale is a great set of two large vintage bottles. They are for Johnsons Hardening solution used during the process of developing photographs. One has its orginal label and both are for 2.25 litres. Lovely dark brown colour with original screw top lids.

The company has roots dating back to 1743. John Johnson started producing photographic salts and solutions in 1839, and was situated in Hendon, North London. After a long and successful business in the business went into adminstration in 2018.

one has original labels shows wear but adds to their charm. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.

We are a family company and love sourcing unusual pieces which bring a burst of individual style to the most modern of interiors, creating interiors with soul!
