A lovely pair of vintage jars. The teal example is stamped with the markers mark for Maling Pottery. Based in Newcastle and was founded in 1762 and begcame the biggest pottery in the world. It has a lustre glaze aand wonderful vibrant colour. The cream coloured jar is made with a salt glaze. Both would make fabulous storage pots for pencils or pens. Great as a gift or to use and enjoy.
Condition
Cream example has chips to rim and base. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
