A fantastic antique biscuit tin. Printed to the bottom is the makers name, William Crawford & Sons. Crawford & Sons were a biscuit manufacturer which were founded in 1813 in Scotland. They later expanded to Liverpool. This biscuit tin has wonderful oriental birds and flowers to the sides. To the base is printed the Royal Warrent the company holds and states 'To the late King George VI'. This dates the tin to after 1952. A lovely vintage piece perfect to incorporate into a modern interior to add a busrt of personality and soul.
