Here for sale is a fantastic antique wooden gentlemen's travel set. This is a super quality collection housed in a very attractive wooden box, with ebonised interior. Inscribed on the top 'A.P to T.I.P 1885'. Inside the box contains a section for holding razors with two straight razors marked Joseph Rodgers and Sons Cutlers to their majesties Norfolk Street, Sheffield. The top section of the box opens to reveal brushes and a further gentleman's set not marked but of good quality, possibly also by Joseph Rodgers. A fabulous dated piece, perfect for a collector, gift or display. Adding soul and character to any modern interior.
Condition
Razors are still very sharp! Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
