A fantastic antique safe converted in to a unique cocktail cabinet. The safe is made by H. Delort and Cie of Rue Seguier Paris. It is a rare 19th Century example and dates from the 1870s. The safe is constructed from wood and metal plate so it is not too heavy. It has been converted into an unusual and stunning coctail cabinet with two internal glass shelves. To the front is the original brass dials used to enter a combination of the safe. The original lock is missing and the large cast iron key is only used to pull open the door. There are lovely iron hinges and brackets to the inside door of the safe. A stunning and quirky piece, perfect to add soul and character to any modern space.

No longer functions as a safe. With hole in the back and locked lower door. Original nails  can be seen Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.

Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
