A fantastic antique travel trunk. Stamped to the brass fitting and front for Pukka. Pukka luggage was a renowned maker based in England from the 1900s to 1950s. During the 1920's and 30's they were suppliers to Harrods and Army and Navy. To the sides are the initals 'E.W' for the original owner. The trunk contains its original tray with buckles. There are several original travel labels and a hanging label with 'Susan Hay, St George's School Ascot'. A Independent girlis boarding school which was founded in 1877. This trunk has been on an adventure.
This travel truck is super quality with heavy brass locks and fittings. Large leather handles and corner protectors. We have two trunks available and we are selling individually. A fabulous period piece, perfect for storage or to use. Great for use in a modern interior to add soul and character to a space.
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
