A fantastic antique book. Published in 1767 and it titled 'Joseph, en Neuf chants' by Mr Bitaube.  Paul Jérémie Bitaubé lived between 1732 and 1808. The book is dedicated to 'His Royal Highness Monseigneur Frederic-Guillaume, Prince of Prussia'. The beautiful handmade thick paper and tooled leather cover and ornate spine are just wonderful. The spine is embossed with the tile 'Joseph Poeme'. A rare and early book which is printed in French. Perfect for any collector or to simply ready and enjoy.

Leather missing to edges. Scuffed and bumped corners. Blinding is tight. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.

Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
