A fantastic antique machinist stool. Made from cast iron with replacement wooden saddle seat to the top. Marked with an X to the base which indicates it is made by the Singer Sewing Machine Company and dates from the first part of the 20th Century. It has a replace nut to the side for locking the height. The internal worm is in great condition for its age. The replacement top has been given a light wax and is made from elm. A fabulous salvaged piece, perfect to incorporate into a modern interior to add soul and character to a space.
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
