A fantastic antique over mantle mirror. Made from mahogany with a fabulous fretwork design to the pelmet and sides. The ornate carved pelmet can be removed and is screwed into place. This is a heavy mirror and has several hanging plates to secure it to a wall. Each of the three mirrors are original and are bevelled with any unusual ornate shape. There are sign of light foxing to the side mirror which gives the whole mirror a lovely timeworn patina. A fabulous period mirror which would give any modern interior personality and character.
Condition
Areas of damage to fret work and moulding. This mirror is heavy and is every much as found condition. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
