A fantastic antique stationery box. This travelling case is covered with embossed leather to the outside and beautiful red leather to inside. It is of super quality brass work throughout including a lock stamped Bramah London and working key. With campaign brass handle to the top. Dating, we believe from the end of the 19th Century. It has cross strings to the inside lid for postcards and photographs display. There seems to be a missing insert or lift out tray. A fabulous period piece, perfect to incorporated into a modern interior to use and enjoy.
 
Condition
Area of missing leather and scuffing. Original baize missing to base. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.

We do use couriers and hand deliver delicate items such as mirrors where we can and is reflected in the delivery cost.
